Q: Is the Croc currently tattooing?

Due to the pandemic, he is not tattooing as it is unsafe for him as well as you.  The pause on tattooing is indefinite at the moment and with a back log from cancelled appointments he is not accepting any future bookings.  He will announce on social media when he is able to tattoo again so stay tuned!

 

Q: Status of my order?

A: Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of order placement unless it is an American holiday.  You will receive an email confirming your shipment along with a tracking number that you can lookup for an ETA.  Please note that tracking shipments is out of our control once a package leaves our facility, best to contact the shipping carrier you select at the time of purchase.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes and shipping costs are calculated at check-out. Please note that tracking for international shipments is out of our control once a package leaves our facility.

 

Q: Why is my local post office telling me I owe them money?

A: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the respective country of acceptance. Possible customs fees are not covered in the price of international shipping and are the responsibility of you, the buyer.

 

Q: Can I exchange/return an item on my order?

A: We accept returns on goods so long as it has not been more than 30 days from the date of arrival, items have not been worn or washed, and remain in their original condition!

If the size ordered doesn’t fit, or you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size or another item of equal value. For all returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If a refund for a purchase is requested, the original cost of shipping will not be included.
